Our Principal and Founder
Hello, I’m Grace.
First and foremost I am mother of two young adults and a single parent who has had to navigate the challenges of being home maker and breadwinner. Our family also includes tortoises (which I inherited) and 3 chickens that I call my girls.
My journey in young child education began when I had an opportunity to study Early Childhood Development. (The stage from birth to 6 years)
I established my playschool in the September 2001. My son, Joshua, was almost 3. Like most adventures there were challenges along the way but this was my dream. As time passed, I learned so much and took time to add to my education. It is 23 years later and I have become an expert in early childhood education.
Each year, has given me a treasure chest of memories and experiences. I hold each of the children I have taught in my heart. I am so proud of them when I see them achieve excellent results at “Big School” as they call it.
As some of them enter university to study education they tell me I inspired them and they want to do the same. A teacher could be paid no greater compliment than this.
